  • 1/2 medium sized cabbage shredded
  • 1 light-green pepper chopped

  • 1 12 oz can of corned beef
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • one Tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon scotch bonnet pepper sauce optional
  • table salt and pepper to taste
  • Oestrus ane TBSP of olive oil in a skillet or dutch pot over medium high oestrus. Add onion and green pepper and sauté for near 3-5 minutes.

  • Add garlic and stir for nigh ane minute.

  • Add shredded cabbage and stir. Cook for about most 3-5 minutes, stirring ofttimes until softened.

  • Add corned beef, roma tomatoes, thyme and stir. Add ketchup and scotch bonnet pepper sauce and stir. Reduce oestrus and cook on medium for virtually three-five minutes., until the corned beef is heated through.

  • Serve with white rice, bread, or on its own.
